No, community tours are free of cost.

We gladly accept walk-ins, but appointments are preferred to ensure touring availability.

The Ardmore Advantage package is $125/ month. This rate includes valet waste, pest control, cable and internet services. Water and sewer will be billed monthly and paid with resident rent payment. Additional monthly fees include but are not limited to pet rent fees and for those enrolled in the community renters insurance program.

Payments can be made 24/7 through the online resident portal or by certified funds, personal check or money order in the leasing office during business hours.

You are able to make a one-time payment or set up ACH payments to reoccur monthly via Rent Café. A registration code and payment instructions will be provided at move-in.

Yes, liability insurance is required to attain prior to move in. You may choose any third party provider with a minimum coverage of $100,000.

Management may be easily contacted via phone, text message, email or by appointment.

Applications may be submitted online through our website or by completing a paper application in office.

Utilities such as water/sewer and electric are separate additional costs to your monthly rent.

Tenants will be billed for water and sewer by YES Energy, this is paid directly to the community. Electric services must be transferred to tenants possession by contacting Electricities.

Approval status will regularly be determined within 24- 72 hours.

Approval fees will include a $75 application fee per person, $200 administration fee, security deposit determined by applicant's credit score. Upon move in, prorated rent is due.

The community is prewired for both cable and internet services are through Spectrum and is included in the Ardmore Advantage package.

Resident referral fee's are contigent on resident account status. Ask our team for additional details.

Qualifications for approval will be based solely on credit score and meeting the income requirement. Background checks are also completed for all applicants.

Our community policies are enforced to all residents, guests and visitors. All rules are considered part of the lease contract.

There will be no price reduction for advanced payments or signing longer leases.

Subletting is not permitted.

To terminate the lease agreement, a buy-out fee equivalent to one month's rent is required upon submission of the 60-day notice. Any concessions granted during that lease term will be paid back at that time.


Fitness center, Yoga studio, Outdoor Grilling Pavilion, Outdoor Fire Pits, Pet Park, Pet Spa, Coffee Bar, Wireless Lounge, Pool, Billiards/Game Room, and Indoor Mail Room.

Pool is open from Dawn to Dusk. Deck is open from 10am-10pm. Seasonal hours may apply and are subject to change at any time.

Surface parking is available on a first-come basis.

Hookups are installed inside the laundry room of each unit. Along with a standard in-unit set of washer and dryers.

Yes, we love our furry residents and welcome them in our community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. Non-traditional pets such as hamsters, gerbils, turtles, frogs, hermit crabs, domestic fish, and small domesticated birds are also permitted.

Pet fees are as follows: 

  • Pet Limit: 3 (2 dog max)
  • Pet Fee: $350 for 1st pet, $250 for each additional pet
  • Pet Deposit: N/A
  • Pet Rent: $20 per month per pet
  • Max Weight: No Limit
  • PetScreening: $25 per pet profile per year

Breed Restrictions apply to Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, Wolf-Hybrids and any mix of these breeds or breeds with aggressive tendencies.

Our community will feature a leashless dog park.

All homes are furnished with stainless steel appliances including a mounted microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, Stove, Dishwasher. Our apartments also come furnished with brand new GE washer and dryers.

Yes, our community offers all lease length options between 6 - 12 months.

Yes, our community permits corporate leases.

The Fitness center will be opened 24 hours.

Our fully equipped fitness center offers a variety of equipment featuring Echelon and Matrix cardio and endurance with touchscreen displays. We also have a custom Torque Rig offering a variety of weight and resistance band workout options. Unsure of where to start? Try out the Echelon Reflect which offers endless guided workout options. And don't forget to check out our interactive abdominal and core training machine!

The city noise ordinance is in effect for the community. Quiet hours start at 9pm to 9am. Communal spaces are designated for use by Ardmore Residents and their alotted guest.

There is no public transportation in near proximity to our community.

We are located 3.7 miles from Northlake Mall, 7.8 miles from Concord Mills, 13 miles from downtown Charlotte and 25 miles from Carowinds.

We are within Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District. Blythe Elementary School, JM Alexander Middle School,and North Mecklenburg High School.

Our community provides will have an on-site dog park. Other nearby dog parks include Rosedale Dog Park (3.9 mi away), Dog Park at Clarks Creek Community Park (3.3 mi away) and Swaney Pointe K-9 Park (10 mi away).

Bradford Park Nature Trail, North Mecklenburg Park Mountain Bike Trail, Torrence Creek Greenway.

Driving from I-485 Outer N/I-77 N/Huntersville, take exit 23C-A for I-77 toward Statesville/Charlotte, keep right to continue on exit 23C, turn right onto NC-115 N/Old Statesville Road, turn right onto Bryton Ridge Parkway, property will be on the right.


Our Superior Maintenance Team strives for resident satisfaction through quality service and prompt response times. Residents may submit a service request online or by contacting the leasing office.

No, it is not required for tenants to be present for work order completion.

Our apartments feature keyless door entry. However, should you need a key to enter your apartment, you can contact the leasing office during business hours for assistance. Please note identification must be verified to assist with residential lockout. We do not provide after-hour lock-out services. Residents are responsible for contacting a lock-smith.

Residents are allowed to personalize & decorate their apartment home without penalty. All modifications must be restored to its original condition prior to moving out.

Our preparation process hosts painters, cleaners, carpet specialists, and our on-site personnel.
